Terms & Conditions

All items ordered Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm EST will ship that day, after hours orders will ship the next business day.

 

Credits
All non-defective product(s) (items ordered wrong, items no longer needed, etc.) must be returned in the original packaging in as-new condition (unused and unopened).

 

All non-defective items must be returned by the customer at their expense once the RMA is approved. The RMA number must be written on the outside shipping box, not the actual product packaging.

 

A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the final credit.

 

The RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Please return it promptly to insure timely processing of credits.

 

Replacements
If the return date is within 12 months of date of purchase for Remanufactured/Compatible and within 3 months for OEM cartridges, you can return the defective item(s) for a replacement. GIS will pay for the return shipping. The customer will be responsible for shipping the items back after receiving an RMA number and a pre-paid shipping label.  

 

The RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. If the defective cartridge(s) is not returned within 30 days of the RMA date, the customer will be invoiced for the replacement product as well as the defective product. Shipping charges will also apply at this time. All replacement shipments are shipped the day the RMA is issued.  Please allow up to 7 days to receive your pre-paid return shipping label.

 

All OEM defective cartridges older than 3 months are covered by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Please contact the OEM for replacement instructions.

 

Estimated print yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not covered under warranty or return policy, but are provided to assist in supplies planning. Actual usage should be used to establish the life of the supply product in each user's specific application. Many factors, such as print coverage per page, paper type and size, model type and environmental conditions can affect supply life.

 

Please note that all returned cartridges must be at least 70% full, otherwise we will not be able to accept them. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% filled we will notify you by email. If you want the cartridge back we can send it at your expense, only if it's claimed within 15 days from the date you were notified.

 

Shipping
Shipping costs for replacements of defective product are covered under our warranty; pre-paid return shipping labels will be sent, please allow up to 7 days.

 

Shipping costs for non-defective products are not covered and are to be paid by the customer. 

 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Additional shipping instructions will be included with the return labels.

 

All orders under $99.00 will automatically incur a $7.00 shipping charge for Ground Shipping.
Your original invoice may not reflect this charge.
