Green Image Solutions guarantees that the remanufactured and compatible products we sell are built to meet or exceed OEM specifications and are free from any defects in both material and workmanship for a period of one year.

Defective products will be accepted for return within one year of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (return shipping included) or credit towards an exchange.

The OEM brand products that we sell are warranted by their respective manufacturers.
Our Quality Control Process:
Our products undergo rigorous quality control tests before being shipped such as print testing for every cartridge. Our products are manufactured at our primary factories under ISO 9001, 9002, 14001 and SMTC standards for quality and environmental processes. Our remanufactured products contain 80% new products including high-quality OPC drums, PCR rollers, and wiper blades. The results are high quality cartridges that produce longer page yields, denser print coverage and crisper images and graphics with defect rates of less than 2%.

Our Quality Reports:

Our products have been rigorously tested by independent quality testing labs including the Image Products Laboratory at the Rochester Institute of Technology (R.I.T). Green Image cartridges, under the Premium Imaging Products brand, are randomly tested side-by-side with OEM cartridges for image density and page yield (coverage). Each product is visually inspected for packaging requirements and cartridge sealing methods as well as inspected for the quality of the cartridge components.
