We warrant that our products are suitable for use in the intended models of printers and are free from defects which could cause damage to these printers. Should it be shown by a service technician that a printer is damaged due to the use of a Green Image Solutions product, including Premium Imaging Products, we will pay reasonable and customary charges for the repair of the printer, or provide an equivalent new or refurbished printer.
This warranty does not cover damage to the product or a printer caused by accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, human error, unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. Green Image Solutions defines reasonable and customary charges as the standard rate for service defined by the printer manufacturer.
The OEM brand products that we sell are warranted by their respective manufacturers.
